4. Delivery Terms

4.1. The goods will be delivered to the customer by the selected carrier to the address specified in the order. The Seller hands over the goods to the buyer at the moment the carrier marks the goods as delivered. At that moment, ownership of the purchased goods also passes to the buyer.

4.2. The costs of delivery of the goods are borne by the buyer.

4.3. Delivery costs are borne by the seller only in the event of a justified complaint.

4.4. The estimated production and delivery time may vary depending on the type of product, destination country, and selected carrier.

4.5. The goods will be delivered to the customer without undue delay, no later than within 30 days from the confirmation of the order, unless a different delivery period is specified for a particular product or order. If the last day of the 30-day period falls on a public holiday or weekend, the goods will be delivered no later than on the next business day.

4.6. The delivery period starts on the day the order is confirmed.

4.7. Shipping and Shipping Costs

4.7.1. The method of delivery and the final shipping price depend on the destination country and the available carriers, from which the customer may choose if multiple options are available. The shipping price is displayed to the customer on the website interface before the order is completed.

4.8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes (outside the EU)

4.8.1. Shipments delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges. These charges are borne by the customer.
