3. Terms of Service
3.1. User Account
3.1.1. The customer may shop with or without registration.
3.1.2. The customer is always obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
3.1.3. The seller reserves the right to cancel an account in the event of misuse or breach of these General Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Prices are stated including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Payment is possible using the payment methods offered at the Shopify checkout.
3.4. Order
3.4.1. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3.4.2. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order by e-mail.
3.4.3. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order, in particular in the event of a technical error, unavailability of material, or suspicion of system abuse.
3.5. Downloadable Digital Products
3.5.1. If the order concerns digital content supplied without a tangible medium, such content is usually delivered without undue delay after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
3.5.2. The customer acknowledges that digital content may be protected by copyright and is not entitled to further distribute, sell, provide to third parties, or otherwise use it beyond the scope of the purchased licence without the seller’s consent.
3.5.3. If digital content is delivered before the expiry of the withdrawal period on the basis of the customer’s express consent, the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract once the digital content has been made available.
